I have used Karen as my "go to" for colours, design and finding
the new to fit with the old for two homes now. She is bubbly
enthusiastic and quickly picks up if you have budget constraints or
lifestyle influences that may direct your interior choice design.
She listens, adapts and is so responsive and bubbly. I just
love the whole experience of working with her. I highly
recommend Karen to others. She makes colour choice and design
a wonderful experience.
Karen helped me do a whole house makeover and update - there was
so much to do and I was busy at work and daunted by the task before
me. Karen assisted us with so much - colours, carpet, tiles,
furniture, curtains, blinds and cushions and kitchen materials and
fittings too. Karen is lovely to work with - full of ideas and very
patient and respectful of our situation. She went the extra mile to
keep me in the loop and to help us keep the process moving. I love
that we have been able to pull together some eclectic bits of
inherited furniture with textured furnishings to achieve a more
harmonious effect. We have some gorgeous features now in our home
with our music corner and wallpaper, our bright striped couch and
arboreal feature hallway wall. She worked with my daughters to
makeover their rooms - helping them personalise their rooms
tastefully. We love the results.
Karen has provided interior design advice to me over the last
two years on various design aspects of our family home. Karen is a
delight to work with. She has a passion for design and listens
rather than dictates. Karen has the ability to be able to quickly
recognize what you as the person or family, likes and dislikes and
what works for you. I have a home that is not yet renovated and
Karen's brief has been to provide furniture, fabrics, wallpaper,
rugs and curtains that work well in our existing home. That our
young children will not damage too much and that will also work in
the spaces once renovated.
I consider my brief to Karen to be extremely challenging and
varied. This has not fazed Karen who is always positive, returns my
calls and has achieved the results. I am continuing to use Karen
and would, and often do happily recommend her services to anyone
thinking of undertaking any interior design work.
