Scope of services

Joanne Richards Design provides interior and architectural design services for new and existing residential homes, as well as for commercial, retail and hospitality businesses.

Based on your brief, the project proposal developed includes architectural concept drawings along with the recommended colours, fabrics and accessories. Once the proposal is signed-off, we can then undertake the day-to-day management for you, including sourcing products, managing sub-trades and fulfilling any necessary Council requirements. We can also be engaged at any level, depending on your needs and your project's current stage

Architectural design:
